So, I actually ended up in Penang by accident! My other visa didn’t come through in time, so I thought—hey, Penang is visa-free, why not? Lol.
Day 1:
Photo Ops & Seafood 📸
Checked into my hotel and went straight to George Town. It’s right there! Honestly, not the best place to “relax” because it’s so busy, but it’s perfect for photos. Later, I hit Chew Jetty. It’s super peaceful by the sea—I’m not really a city person, so I loved it. Ended the night at Tiger Northam Beach. The seafood? So cheap. So good.

Day 2:
Hiding from the Heat ☀️ It is seriously hot in Penang! I didn’t even leave the hotel until 3 PM. First stop: The Founders Coffee. Total European vibes, very Instagrammable. Then I walked to the City Hall (Dewan Bandaran). It’s this cool vintage building by the water where people just hang out and fish. And yep, went back to Tiger Northam for dinner again!

Day 3:
Cafe Hopping & A Hot Take ☕️ The day I was waiting for! Went to two vintage cafes:
- Yardhouse Cafe: Super romantic with those warm orange lights.
- Cara Caro Café: Small, quiet, and gave me major Before Sunset vibes. Pro tip: Skip Batu Ferringhi Beach. If you want white sand and blue water, just go to Phuket or a proper island. Trust me!

Day 4:
Bye Penang! ✈️ Grabbed lunch, headed to the airport, and that’s a wrap!
